It is now telling me that the application (resettool) isout of date and will not run. The reason the app is not for your keeping isthat I think it essentially PID's the application, like a global volumnelicense.Post by Terry McDonaldI also talked to microsoft after your post. I renamed some ofthe windows installer files, rebooted and then downloaded and tried toreinstall the latest version of the windows isntaller. The tech did say that the app gets taken away from them almostweekly and replaced with newer versions.
