I did try various other fix's in this forum but in the end it was definately the AVG. However, you can customize the apps operation through the simple settings panel... In the end I uninstalled AVG Family safety and now everything is flying allong normally. Many thanks for your solution to this horrible snafu... We're here to help, and this is the easiest way for us to do that. People come here for help, so please don't shove them right back out the door.
