Also the wallet mount path, permissions etc must be the same on all RAC nodes. Checking a screen shot of someone else's configure output theirs continues beyond "Bootstrapping OPMN configuration files..." and correctly generates the instance etc. The simple solution is to add the account with read permissions to the wallet file. Back away! This is important when connecting to an address which is using certificates signed by using intermediate certificates. You can use the Oracle Wallet Manager to do this, but for the database, this is only included in Enterprise Edition with Advanced Security option pack. I also tried to change the security of the directory , but it doesn't work .

  • You need to: Get the certificates Create a wallet Add certificates to wallet Create ACL and open access to site and port Connect to HTTPS!
  • Check password Reason: There is a variable-id called "TEMP" in opmn.xml that holds the location where a couple .tmp files are created when OVD wallet file cwallet.sso is accessed.
  • i too faced a similar issue when trying to start the opmn servcices on the Infra, but when we restarted the infra i was able to start the opmn.

Have you tried opening up the wallet with owm gui utility and resaving it. But when we are trying to start application services "opmn" services are not being started. Anyone has any idea? Otherwise you will get "ORA-28759 failure to open file".
