Any ideas? The card works fine, ran tests and everything, tried the lastest drivers and the drivers on the disc which came with the card, tried reinstalling directx too that didnt work. When I tried to log on It said the Direct 3D was uncompatible. Depending on your OS you would also consider downloading and installing the latest version of DX.
