The incorrect entry will either be in the file /etc/apt/sources.list, or /etc/apt/sources.list.d/landronimirc-clamtk-quantal.list (quantal may be something else).

I edited /etc/apt/sources.list and replaced former servers (in my case http://ubuntu.mirror.iweb.ca/) with http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/.
