You could add 259 as a successful code, however you should check out the installer for any options that alter this behaviour. Thus 259 is a code from your executable and really is up to the vendor of that program to tell you what it means. I am seeing the exact same behavior of the setup.exe sending a return code of 259 but it is still running and spawing off the other components. My understanding of all this is that the exit code doesn't matter all that much if you are using threads within your own application for your own application. I have deployed 3 versions of the suite this way both as a package and application and it works perfectly.
