The “policy” that is causing the block is actually the Device Installation Settings. the device installations settings are set to yes(recommended)- as per the screensot in my original post, inspite of that why am i getting these event 122 warnings.

All ram stick showed no problems, tested on another machine without issues as well.However,after further investigation I found something strange is happening.
