I'd like to get it working without rebuilding the settings from scratch, since it's a production server. I have set up a a group policy on one of the OUs. Try to add also wscript, as this is the default script interpretter. It depends which script interpreter you have set as default on the system (it's wscript by default, which is really not the best in this case).
